Adam Plawker is the Managing Director for Rand Commercial New Jersey. He is a seasoned veteran with over 37 years of experience specializing in office leasing and sales, tenant representation, investments, industrial, and property management. Mr. Plawker’s success is credited to his hands on approach to his client’s needs combined with a thorough understanding of the local markets and the businesses and decision-makers within them.

Adam began his real estate career working for a small industrial brokerage company in Newark, NJ. For almost 30 years he has been the head of Plawker Commercial, a well known and respected leader in the Northern New Jersey market. The merger of Plawker Commercial and Rand will allow us to expand our reach and increase our market share, using our experience and creativity to deliver superior results. The New Jersey office is Rand Commercial - Plawker Group and is located in Englewood Cliffs.
