Adam’s successful foundation starts with his family and his education from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he graduated in 2007. At Madison, Adam met his wife Leah and he would tell you their marriage and positive relationship is his most cherished accomplishment. While family is the foundation to Adam’s success, he also has a very strong professional background - ranging from Brand and Product Management for two large Milwaukee-based corporations to over a decade of successful small business ownership and investment property management. These experiences were cornerstone to developing top-notch communication skills and becoming a shrewd negotiator. Adam has appreciated a life-long passion for real estate and believes strongly in the long-term quality of life and financial benefits that property ownership provides. In addition to his (2) commercial properties, Adam has owned (4) homes and condos and he purchased his first home as soon as he had the financial ability to do so. When it comes to purchasing residential or commercial properties and managing tenants, Adam is an expert with significant first-hand experience. Over the past 12 years, Adam has also gained extensive experience in remodeling, general construction, plumbing, electrical and building codes. Adam has led or managed major renovations on all (6) of the properties he has owned, and that experience allows him to add value to his clients when selecting the right property. Adam’s lifelong passion for homes, interior design and furniture arrangement positively impacts the quality of his work and insights he brings to his clients.
