A Southern California native, Adam A. Ruiz is a mortgage and real estate industry veteran with deep roots in the Temecula Valley as well as in the local business and non-profit communities. Currently President/Broker of his own real estate and mortgage company, he has been helping businesses and families in the community purchase and refinance homes and property for over 20 years. He also holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License and an NMLS License. In addition to his position as a leading businessman within the community, Adam has served on many local organizations and committees.
