I had the pleasure of working with one of my buyers on one of Adams listings! He was available to communicate late in the evenings and on a weekends when needed. He negotiated very professionally and respectfully on his clients behalf and presented our offer in a timely manner which allowed us to secure the deal! Throughout the whole process Adams communication was one of the best I have experienced and he was willing to assist with navigating through some bumps in the road! I definitely would be honored and look forward an opportunity to work through another transaction with Adam!

Each house walk through we did with Adam he was very informative, thorough and always followed up with us if we had additional questions about the houses. I am thankful to have had Adam Sahd with Coldwell Banker as my realtor through my first home purchase. During the whole purchasing process I have been mostly living out of state which has created challenges. However, Adam continued to work to make the purchasing process as seamless as possible for me. His actions with all parties involved in the transaction were professional, timely, and thorough. I have full intentions of calling up Adam when it is time for a change or if I know someone in search of a trusted realtor.
