Adam was very helpful in arranging to show my place to best advantage by rearranging furniture. He had excellent photos taken after the rearrangement which resulted in several offers immediately even some prior to the open house! He saw the process through to the end, resulting in a closing at the desired time and price. It was all in all as smooth a process as possible given the stresses of moving.

Within an hour of discovering the leak he had an electrician, plumber and maintenance crew at the house to resolve the problem. I was selling a house in the Boston suburbs and I live 400 miles away . A lot of communication occurred by phone and I found Adam to be available whenever I needed him. I also came into town a number of times during the process and Adam went out of his way to be helpful, providing what I needed as an out of town visitor. We cannot say enough about Adam. He is a true professional. His expertise in the whole business of real estate is undeniable, but beyond this, it is his manner that really sets him aside. We went through a process of viewing and then bidding on two properties in recent months. Adam is incredibly responsive. He was available to meet evenings and weekends. He has a great ability to present the complex process of real estate purchase in a very straightforward manner, which was very important to us, as we had not bought in the US before. During a bidding process on an apartment, Adam's council kept us informed and sane with regular conversations during what was quite a rollercoaster ride. I would absolutely recommend working with Adam, from your first home search to your fifth. As a first time home buyer, the process of finding a place can be stressful. I was looking for a condo that worked with where I currently am in my life but was also a place I can grow into. Adam is an incredibly good agent. We worked with him to buy our first home in Roslindale, even to this day I can't believe how patient he was with us. First, we dragged him to 50 homes that ended up being out of our price range. Then we dragged him to 50 more that were in our price range. On the day of our closing I had a case of serious buyer's remorse and told him I couldn't go through with it. True story. Not only did he effectively talk me off a ledge, he did so with the sincerest patience and confidence and kindness. (We ended up closing that day and being extremely happy in that home!).
