Adam Shekarabi

Adam Shekarabi began his career in Commercial Real Estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Bullard (CBC Bullard) in January 2018 with an initial focus on Data Centers and Industrial Warehousing in the Southern Crescent of the Atlanta MSA. He has broadened his base successfully to Multifamily and Suburban Office by seeking out and servicing the needs of international and domestic entrepreneurs and investors. His ability to listen and patiently work to bring them real estate solutions that help achieve their financial goals has become his trademark.Prior to his work in Commercial Real Estate Adam worked in the Computer & Consulting Industry for over 24 years with Hewlett-Packard as an Engineer and Consulting Manager delivering business solutions to Fortune 500 firms as well as small and medium sized businesses. Most recently Adam ran his own consulting firm, Adametrix, which used analytics to help other business owners and their companies manage costs of pharmacy claims and pharmacy contracts performance.As an avid real estate investor, he has participated in numerous deals that include office, land, multifamily, healthcare and development for his own portfolio. He brings his experience for both business and real estate together and joined a team of highly qualified professionals at CBC Bullard.
