My husband & I can't recommend Adam enough! As first time buyers, he helped guide us through every step of the process- including connecting us with lenders and contractors as we looked for a fixer. He was extremely flexible with our schedules and made sure we got in to see places quickly in a hot market- something that ultimately worked to our advantage when we finally found our home! He was very thoughtful throughout the purchasing process and was there to answer all of our random questions. He made the whole thing feel like a breeze; it was a smooth and surprisingly unstressful experience. We so appreciate his help and would absolutely work with him again in the future!

I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the way Adam represented me during my recent home search. I had been looking for a home for me and my two kids for several years and needed a real estate agent who was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Adam had all of those character traits, and so many more, that made him an incredible advocate for me and my family during our search. It's clear from my experience that Adam cares about his client's needs and thier overall wellbeing. He is incredibly responsive and is careful to listen to the wants and desires of those he is representing. Adam is also very respectful to all of those involved in the home buying process, including other agents, inspectors and financial personnel.

Adam was so helpful and patient with my husband and I navigating the purchase of our first home. Adam was always responsive by call text or email and acted promptly to view available homes. He also did a great job of contacting other agents to answer questions, help us put in an appropriate offer, gauge interest, etc. He was very knowledgeable and gave honest thoughts about all of NOVA and hotspots and neighborhoods to live from Falls Church to Ashburn. We also appreciate that Adam worked so well with our mortgage lender and really tried to get us the best price for our home.

My wife and I were transitioning from Europe and reached out to Adam. He quickly set up a detailed query to find the perfect house. Not only did we find that house Adam successfully negotiated the price down 30k in this very competitive market. But that is when he really went to work. He worked through a complicated mortgage assumption, difficult sellers and out of country buyers. I have bought real estate for over 30 years and he made this process smooth. He provided a list of contractors for the future and assisted with inspections. He even gave us suggestions on where to eat in our new community.

Adam recently helped us buy our home. We started with a basic search, and ultimately settled on new construction. I can only rave about Adam as our agent, and have to say he's the antithesis of a typical realtor; he is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely cares about the outcome. Adam performed the basic search at the beginning, but what was remarkable is through the 12-month construction process Adam was all over the critical dates, constantly reminding us to follow up on important tasks and responsibilities. He followed up on key meetings the builder had committed to and, when the builder was lagging, Adam stepped in to keep them accountable. There were many hurdles along the way with our build and Adam's experience was critical as he was able to advise us on best approach in how to handle, and was always the first to raise his hand to indicate he could address a given issue directly, which frequently ended up in our benefit.
At closing time, Adam reminded us of the important "to-do"s and "be careful"s associated with new builds and when we asked for recommendations for certain vendors, every single one he presented to us was top-notch.
I thought his work would be finished after we closed, but Adam still followed up after closing to ensure we hit post-close review dates and important first-month tasks. He even patiently took our calls to answer miscellaneous house questions, which to me, is outside of a typical agent's scope but, again, his knowledge exceeds expectations.

In short, I can't recommend Adam enough. It's so challenging today to find quality, hard-working, and responsible professionals, and the fact that Adam represents each of these qualities and is also noticeably talented in his work was a breath of fresh air as it allowed us to focus on other things knowing full and well he had us covered.

Adam has been our Agent for about seven years or so, now. He sold us our current home (and we love it!); and is the person that we turn to every time that we need to re-lease a rental here in Arlington.

Additionally, when it came time to sell our prior home (after many years of also leasing it out), Adam was able to get it sold in three days from On Market to us accepting the offer. Best of all, Adam arranged for the "make ready", and we were able to just settle up with him at Final Settlement. It was an exceptionally easy time facilitated by Adam's professionalism and attention to detail. The Contractor that Adam recommended to us is also now our "got to" for all sorts of jobs.

Whenever we have a real estate need, we just say to each other, "let's talk to Adam".

We had a great experience working with Adam to buy a home in Reston and sell our condo in DC. He adapted to our schedule to show us homes and helped us consider how each home compared against what we wanted. He provided great advice when we made our only offer and negotiated an agreement during the height of the seller’s market in 2021. He also negotiated a full price offer when we sold our condo early in 2022.

Adam is very easy to work with, thoughtful, and friendly. He has checked in on us multiple times in the year since we purchased our home, and we would be happy to work with him again in the future.
