Adam was a huge help with buying my first home. I had many questions and he was there to answer them all, even the questions I never thought of. He went above and behind to find properties that I was interested in and was very quick to schedule showings so that I wouldn’t miss out on seeing them. I never had to ask for an update from him because he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

Adam was very knowledgeable about the current market as we looked for our dream home and sold our townhome. Every house that we viewed he came prepared with information about the surrounding area's recently sold homes so that we could make informed and smart decisions on how to make our offers. He made sure that we didn't settle for less than we were wanting for our new home, only showing us houses that fit our "must have" list. When it came to selling our townhome he made sure that our staging was simple but effective to draw in potential buyers. This ultimately helped us make over our original asking price. We were recommended Adam's services by our friend who had worked with Adam in the past and we will also recommend Adam to others in the future. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure to get back to us quickly making this entire buying/selling process as simple as it could be in this crazy housing market.

I’ve worked with Adam as a buyer and a seller and I will do it again without question. Adam knows the market dynamics, what motivates buyers, how to stage a property for the greatest effect, the questions to ask that would never occur to me, how best to protect my interests, as well as so many more things. Adam says what he does and does what he says. I never had to ask for a status update or worry that something was not covered or addressed. He really makes the buying and selling process easy because he does all of the heavy lifting. You can’t swing a stick in this town without hitting a realtor, but trust me, this is the one you want.

Adam helped us buy our current house and we used him again to sell our townhouse. He's very informative about all steps throughout both processes. He responded to all our questions immediately and we felt we were in very good hands. We could count on him to tell us the truth about the pros and cons on renovation when we were looking to sell our townhouse. My husband and I had a great experience working with Adam while buying a home several years ago. We really appreciate everything he did for us throughout the whole process. We didn’t have great experiences with our previous Realtors, and we weren’t sure if we were ever going to find someone who could meet our expectations.

Adam came highly recommended from our friends, one of the aspects that truly resounded with us was Adam's familiarity with the neighborhoods we were looking at. We gave him a call and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Adam exceeded our expectations and made everything so easy for us. This was our third home purchase, and it was our most flawless and professional.

Adam also has some fantastic connections but offers alternatives.

Adam is very professional and an effective communicator. One example of how effective atom is was at the closing table. The sellers even made a comment about having had numerous experiences buying and selling real estate and had never seen an offer letter so eloquently written. The seller even offered extra information about having received other offers for their home and indicated a larger offer than ours. They choose to sell to us because of Adams offer letter.

"Adam went above and beyond from the very first time we met him to discuss the buying process in his office, all the way through getting the keys to our new house and beyond. After every house we looked at we weighed the pros and the cons with Adam. We ended up buying the house we did because of feedback we provided Adam & he suggested that we look at one more house that he thought would be a good fit - and it was!!! He listened to all of the feedback throughout all of the showings and was able to piece together the perfect listing for us. Beyond helping us find our home, Adam guided us through the entire negotiation, helped us find a contractor, electrician, inspector, lawyer, mortgage broker, so we were positive that this was the house for us before closing - this was all done in a matter of hours.
