Adam went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect house. He was extremely responsive during the hot market and was sure to always get me a showing within 24 hours. He always looked through the house/disclosures and pointed out anything I might like or dislike. He truly was helping me look for a great house and not just looking for a commission check. I was a first-time home buyer and Adam was very thorough when explaining the entire process and was always available when I had any additional questions. I highly, highly recommend Adam!

Adam Weiss was very knowledgeable about properties and neighborhood demographics. He pointed out a lot of aspects I would have overlooked and not thought would be important in a house. His focus was finding the perfect house for us, not just getting commission. He was always available at anytime I had any questions, always responded timely and truly made this process such a breeze, which is saying a lot because my closing was during Covid-19. Nevertheless he did everything in his power to make sure we closed on the scheduled date. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy a home, and as I was a first time homebuyer I definitely plan to work with him in the future for my next house down the road. Honestly cannot say one bad thing about the experience we’ve had while working with Adam as our realtor

Adam was wonderful, he had patience that non other can touch. We were super indecisive of about 15 houses we looked at. We bid on a house and he walked us through the process and kept us within our budget. We ended up not getting that house but if we did we would have been well over our heads financially. We ended up finding another great house and he helped negotiate a fantastic price! I would recommend him to any family, friends or anyone who is looking for a home. The information he gives you makes the house buying process not stressful at all. With my work schedule I was bothering him throughout the nights and days leading to buying our first home.
