Adam was a great buyer's agent. We were able to purchase a property we wanted with his help throughout the contract negotiation process. He is always available with an answer when you have a question but he never pushes you to do something you don't feel comfortable doing. Adam was a delight to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the structure of homes and by far the most knowledgeable out of any other agent I’ve worked with when it comes to the more technical aspects of the home such as foundation, heating/cooling, water systems and more. I can tell that his engineering background comes into play a great deal as he looks at homes. Adam was very prompt in responding to any inquiries that we had about prospective homes and was extremely helpful during the bid process as well. Even after we closed on the home he has been helpful with any questions. I would highly highly recommend working with Adam and I have already referred him to a family member of mine. My wife and I have now purchased 3 homes with Adam and won’t hesitate to reach out for primary home or investment property opportunities.
