Working with Adaora for the second time only confirmed why I chose her again! Selling my home came with challenges and the timing and market conditions were not in my favor, but she guided me through the entire process with so much patience and steady support.

What I appreciated most was how she respected my goals and allowed me to move forward the way I wanted, while still giving me clear, up to date information about the market. I had a price in mind that was higher than what the market was showing at the time, and she never pressured me or made me feel unrealistic for wanting to try. She always made sure I understood the data, the trends, and the potential outcomes, so every decision I made was informed and intentional. That balance of giving me space while continuing to educate and advise me is something I really valued.

Throughout everything, Adaora stayed communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the finish line. Even during the more stressful moments, she remained calm, thoughtful, and focused on solutions. She truly made the process feel manageable.

Adaora is the best! Buying a property when you are out of state is a daunting task no matter how you slice it but Adaora took our wishes and ideas from afar and was able to help us connect with our next home in the DC Metro area.

She sent videos, pictures, toured properties and neighborhoods solo as well as with us present and with her assistance we closed on our next home this month.

Buying our first home together was a huge milestone for my partner and me, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through it! From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive to detail and always kept our needs at the center of every conversation. Not a single day went by where we weren’t in touch with her, and that consistency gave us so much confidence and peace of mind during what could have been a stressful journey.

She worked tirelessly to help us find the right home, even after a marathon day of touring seven houses. That same evening, she stayed up late to make sure our offer was written up and submitted right away. Her dedication and quick action were a big part of why we were able to secure the home we loved.

Adaora Muya was truly exceptional. I met her at a home buying seminar that was focused on the DMV area. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her and I’m so thankful I did. As a first time home buyer, it was important to me to have an expert who was patient and could slowly walk me through every step of the process to quell my anxiety. After an unsavory experience with my old property management, I was happy to have Adaora come in to help. Not all heroes wear capes but she definitely saved the day. She continuously sent us great options in our budget until we found the one that fit us best. She also was instrumental in getting us the apartment we really wanted.

Adaora went above and beyond. She bought us a couple items for us to enjoy our new home and even ensured we were well taken care of by our new property management. We’re very grateful to have an agent who cares and is also great at their job.
