Adel is affable, a fantastic real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly and above all honest and hard working. He gives you space to take everything in but also offers outstanding input. He pointed out potential trouble signs and answered questions we never knew we had (and wouldn't have known to ask)!
He never pushed us to over pay and told us to stay in our budget, he was excellent advocate for us in negotiating this deal! Everyone knows how stressful buying and selling a house is, at times Adel was more of a therapist than a realtor lol. He kept us calm, collected and informed.
I’m greatly thankful to Adel for such an incredible experience and for helping us find our perfect home 🏡.

I am shopping for my first investment property and came across the property that was listed by Adel Youssef. The process of scheduling viewing of the property was a breeze. Adel responded very fast and everything was set at the same day. Since I am a newbie in investment, Adel shared all the opportunities that exist and explained the best rout to go for a beginner. He has vast knowledge of the current market with the insight of future projections for real estate. He is very knowledgeable of the area, particular neighborhoods and what each area can offer as well as what is better for the investment. Adel is also an expert in international real estate investment and provided a list of international opportunities on the real estate market.
