My wife and I bought our first home in December 2021 and Adi guided us every step of the way during the process. The service he provides is exceptional, and It's clear that he really cares about his clients. Whatever question we threw at him he had an answer for and he taught us so many valuable things. My experience with Adi was absolutely wonderful. He made what can be a very stressful time in ones life very pleasurable. He’s extremely knowledgeable, truly sincere and very personable.which makes him very seasy to work with. There is never any pressuring, he always returns your calls and he is able to refer you to reliable people should you need any type of work done in your home. You need not worry about anything when selling or purchasing a home because he’s on top of things from start to finish.

I have referred many people to Adi and would never use anyone but him in my future dealings.

We were referred to Adi by one of our friends who he helped in purchasing a house. In our first meeting, we understood he was a straight shooter because he clearly told us how the market was and what we should expect. He provides objective feedback, practical ideas/suggestions, doesn't push/rush you into making any decision, tells you upright if the budget we have is right for the location and requirements we have. We approached him in 2020 (during pandemic) when the market was hot for a townhouse/ single family home. He told us how the market was, understood our budget. He tailored the listing according to our needs. He has great experience in this field which clearly shows when he points things in the house that we wouldn't normally look. He gave us a clear picture on what sort of offer we should put. He was very patient with us when we were in a dilemma in putting offers for some of the properties we visited. He would tell us the pros/cons of the property to help us arrive at a Yes/No decision. He would advise on how much approximate $$ we would need to spend after buying the property which helped us whenever we placed ac offer. He has great connections in the industry ranging from realtors, architects, handyman, general contractors, electrician and plumbers which helped us in buying a house that we liked and also schedule modifications to the house after the purchase. I'm still in touch with him after the purchase, and he has helped me clarify any questions I have as a first time home owner. Adi is great to work with. He is very responsive. He always returns my calls or texts. I would definitely recommend him to any one looking for buying/ selling houses in NJ.
