Adria Britt

Adria Britt began her real estate career at Allen Tate’s SouthPark office in 2002. As a Texas native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Varsity track athlete, Adria is all too familiar with the moving process. After spending some time working in Houston after college, she found herself drawn back to North Carolina and decided to pursue a career in real estate. She is licensed in both North and South Carolina and has assisted in buying and selling homes in the greater Charlotte region all the way from Rock Hill, SC to Harrisburg, NC. She has called Cotswold her home for 21 years and is thrilled to see how the city of Charlotte has evolved over the last two decades.

Adria makes relationships a top priority, which is why she loves being a real estate agent. She’s thankful she’s able to look back on all of the people she’s met over the years including repeat clients and their family members. To Adria, each day is one with opportunities to meet new people and face new challenges.

As for her personal life, Adria enjoys spending time with family and friends. Whether she's traveling to spend time in the mountains or heading to the beach for some vitamin D, Adria loves the outdoors! Watching college football and cheering on the Tar Heels during basketball season also rank high on her list. She has two amazing children that are very active, and she loves spending time with them, watching them play sports, and enjoying all that life has to offer!
