Adrian Grobelny is an investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego, California office with a history in Wealth Management. Primarily focused on seller representation, Adrian specializes in the sale of San Diego County coastal multifamily. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, he is versed in all aspects of business. Previously working at Morgan Stanley, Adrian grew assets under management by $10MM to over $160MM within the Ferber-Grobelny Group. Looking to further develop his investment acumen, Adrian transitioned into Commercial Real Estate advisory. Today, Adrian is mentored and working alongside one of San Diego’s top performing Multifamily Brokers, Conor Brennan, to provide exceptional service, transparency, and commitment to property owners.
