In addition to being a Realtor® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida 1st, I am also an award-winning Community Association Manager. Over the years, I've managed some of South Florida's most complex condominium and homeowner associations, giving me firsthand knowledge of building operations, reserves, special assessments, milestone inspections, rental restrictions, and the many factors that can affect property values.
