Adrian was incredible every step of the way. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I have never had a realtor give such a high service level, demonstrate so much knowledge, and fight so hard for my family. She sold my house in 4 days over asking price, and was able to get my dream home for a great price in a fiercely competitive market. She went above and beyond from start to finish. I would give her 20 stars if google would allow it.

Buying and selling homes is scary and frustrating enough for the "simple" buy/sell scenario. I recently was placed in a unique situation during the trying times of our healthcare system and economy. I am a medical advocate in this unique situation. I have witnessed our elderly loved ones be preyed upon for needing to sell their home to transition to a higher level of care. Looking out for my dear friend, I needed a realtor I could trust! This was not my home for 50 years I was leaving!
Looking out only for the best interest of my friend, Adriane worked selflessly for the sale of his home.
She was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable guiding us through the complex processes of back taxes and reverse mortgages.
The removal of years of belongings and more. Things we litterally had no choice but to put in Adriane's professional hands! She helped us with everything and even arranged to have everything handled at my friend's new care home. She even personally attended all meetings, especially for reassurance during closing! Above and beyond!
Adriane found out what we needed in the sale and was never concerned about her gain. She negotiated everything and we had an offer IN 2 DAYS!! WE CLOSED IN THREE WEEKS!

Entering the market for the first time was an incredibly nerve-wracking experience. Adriane walked alongside us through every step of the process, from our initial fact-finding process, recommending a really fantastic mortgage advisor, and through the inspection and negotiation process with the sellers. Her warmth, professionalism, and expertise allowed us the space to really hone in on what was important to us, and we were able to find our home very quickly. Since the home we purchased is older (nearly 100 years), Adriane helped us prioritize our upcoming home projects to ensure that we can make this house our home for a long time and protect our investment. At every step of this process, Adriane worked hard to make sure we had full clarity and were completely comfortable before taking next steps. Adrien is the most thorough and knowledgeable realtor that I've ever worked with. She got our condo sold FAST and at a record price for the community. She also helped us find a new home. She did a ton of research on all the properties that we were interested in. When we found the best home for us she worked her magic and got our offer accepted in a sellers market.
