When I say this husband and wife team gives good service, this is how you expect to be treated when purchasing a home. The utmost of professionalism, customer service and most important to my husband and I is their follow-up. They made this whole home buying experience smooth as possible. I am very meticulous and I probably called, texted or emailed atleasr 100 times but they always responded positively. Mr. Walker and his daughter Courtney are absolutely amazing! Their realtor company is family owned and run. They are extremely good with communication and work hard to get what the client needs and wants. I bought my house in Dec 2020 and I am extremely happy with my home. They worked hard to get me a good deal, with a high closing cost amount which is rarely provided at the moment and exactly what I wanted. Before selecting the home I purchased, the Walker family picked and showed me multiple great homes and were patient until I found the back me I wanted. I am also military. Courtney Sanchez and Mr.Walker are very knowledgable about military VA loans and working with military.
They are absolutely great at what they do and I have send all the friends and family friends their way. I will definitely purchase with them again in the future.

Walker Realtors is absolutely phenomenal! Not only did they find us our dream home meeting all the criteria we needed they also took the time to educate us on all the home buying aspects that we were not aware of since we are 1st time home buyers. Additionally, they had a ton of reliable resources we could use from the home inspection, termite inspection, and even a lender that could approve the mortgage! I’ve talked with several other realtors and Walker Realtors were way better and more hands on than anyone else. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.

I've worked with the Walker team for many years. I was recently looking for a good home, and working with the Walker Team, they found a few homes to match our requirements.

We eventually settled on home in Bristow, Va. And the Walker team was there throughout every step. They, pushed the builders to provide features despite that they the prices was already set. He knew us all too, well and he would say things like, "Ok, guys will like the other unit, but I get it.. ok, guys". And then, we come back and say, Cornell can we go and see the unit you found?

I have worked with other realtors but a friend recommended Walker and Associates to me and I can attest to the fact that Cornell the agent who worked with me was exceptional. He absolutely put no pressure on you. He is patient and actually looks out for your interest and not necessarily, what he will gain from it.
