She is very polite and knowledgeable as a realtor if we had questions she would answer all of them. We highly recommend her. Adrienne was so easy to work with. Her energy and spirit were so welcoming which made house hunting less stressful. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. I love that she’s very good with communication. She was alway easy to reach and respond to our emails right away. She made sure we knew exactly what was going on so we were never in the dark.

Adrienne spent 4 days showing our family homes. She have us guidance on what we should consider when putting in our offer. She presented facts to help us with our decision. She continued to reach out to the seller and share any update she received. Once in contract/escrow, she continue to reach out to us to give us updates on the progress. We’re so thankful we found Adrienne and had her represent us throughout this whole process.

We are ever so blessed to meet Adrienne. Connecting with her right from the get go was the foundation that allowed us to uproot everything and then establish our home out of state. I love this Woman!!! WOW, is the word that describes this sometime super human Woman. I'm not kidding, we literally Adrienne on a Friday, and next Thursday we had our offer accepted on a house we wanted with no compromise. 🏡

She listened, didn't push above our price range, and didn't show us anything we couldn't afford, that she didn't research and had already talked to every agent. For that we had options and it felt good. BUT most importantly we are in our dream, forever home in a little over 30 days, unreal. 💞

We met Adrienne at one of her listings in Union City while casually exploring to buy a house. In our first conversation itself, we were impressed by her insight of the housing market, willingness to work hard for her clients and approach to solving problems. These qualities made it quite easy for us to decide on her representing us through the home buying process.

As we were looking for a home in the tri-city area of Fremont, Newark and Union City, she visited a few properties with us. During the process, she understood the factors important to us and our budget.

Adrienne helped a friend of mine buy her home and came highly recommended. From the start, we felt at ease and comfortable. She set up a schedule of showings, was prepared with a clipboard and pen ready for us to take notes. We had a ton of questions and she was responsive. Adrienne was very knowledgeable about the area we were searching in. After the deal is closed she will make sure you have everything you need . She checked in with us to make sure we had movers and boxes. She took the initiative and had the home cleaned before we moved in, which we really appreciated especially during a pandemic and she made sure we had a contact for a locksmith. Adrienne is a Super star when it comes to finding a home, selling a home, refinance or even finding you a business. One day Adrienne and I connected mid 2019, she called me and asked what I was doing. I told her I was looking for a Beer Garden to open in Oakland. No luck for me and she mentioned out of the blue that the “Pine Garden restaurant” was available. I was in shock that it was in my hometown. She called the owners and I spoke with them. I mentioned I’m a Union City resident tor 40+ yrs and I wanted to open the 1st Beer Garden in Union City. Right then and there we had a deal on the spot. I give Adrienne all the credit from calling me and contacting the owners. She Dms, text or drives by and waves at times which is cool. Without her I wouldn’t have done the possible. We needed someone with deep insights into the market to come up with a strategy tailored for our situation. We needed impeccable execution of the plan. 1. Work ethics: She puts her client first. She worked extremely hard to get us the best possible result, from following up every leads to doing thorough analysis of every market data available. We found a dream apartment that Adrienne was listing for the owner. We had some difficulties in being able to make the jump and Adrienne helped make the process much easier for us. She had a lot of patience and put a lot of care into the process. Also, for anyone who would want to use her services for advertising, I will say that we were very impressed by the apartment listing.
