Adrienne is committed to community and success. A Realtor since 1999, Adrienne has been involved in over 350 residential and land real estate transactions. She is consistently lauded as one of Steamboat’s top brokers, recognized in 2017 and 2018 for the highest residential sale, and in 2019 for the second-highest residential sale in Steamboat’s history. Adrienne grew up in upstate New York before earning her BA from Providence College in Rhode Island and her Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Her high standards and achievement are a combination of diverse experience, astute knowledge, and a genuine desire to understand and connect with others.

As a Steamboat local since 1995, Adrienne embodies the Yampa Valley lifestyle. With reverence, she celebrates the mountains and the outdoors, and with integrity, she values character. Adrienne spends time hiking, cycling, and skiing with her husband Ben, their children Ella and Koen, and friends. She dedicates as much passion to this community as she does to her profession.

That passion for the community drives her desire to give back – Adrienne was the Top Contributor to Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty Community Fund in 2017, 2018 & 2020. Other philanthropic pursuits include having served as a Board Member for Emerald Mountain School and Steamboat STARS, and as a Volunteer for Horizons Specialized Services and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Currently, Adrienne is an active Member of the Rotary International Club of Steamboat Springs.
