We had a very positive experience working with Aekta. 2021/22 was a terrible market for buying a home. We have been looking for a home for more than a year and was very patient with us thoughout.

Aekta has a very good sense of the housing market and she would let us know if our offer would meet the appraised value. On one instance Aekta clearly let us know that our offer price would not meet the appraisal value - this helped us managing the risks. She also has good negotiation skills which helped in making our offer more competitve and used strategies beyond just increasing the offer price.

We are very happy with our home. It ended up appriasing more than the offer price!
