I stand tall and proud to remmend AFI Doh a great realtor I was opotuned to tap into her experience. She is never tired answering her phone calls ,reading and answering her messages all geared towards satisfying her client achieving the altimate goal. Each time I and my wife taught our numerous questions were bordering her she was always there with these same words " Your satisfaction is my success ".
We remain indebted to her for assisting us secure a place we now call home.

Afi was very supportive and responsive throughout the process. She made herself available and answered all my questions at each stage of the purchase process from the selection of the plan to the settlement.

Additionally, her job got even more noticeable when it came to contact the different entities involved in the process (Salesperson, Title Company, Inspection Company...) and to coordinate events on my behalf. She even helped finding cosmetic defects that needed to be addressed during the home orientation.

As a first time home buyer, It felt great to have someone that would not only advocate for me but also would go above and beyond to make sure I was having a good return on my investment.

To those who are still uncertain on whether to hire a realtor or not, I say 'Go For It!' and make sure you choose Afi. You'll have nothing to loose anyway.

The process of owning a home is very stressful and selling, demanding but Afi made it a little easier because she was knowledgeable about the market and keeps you updated. She understands the importance of the pre-approval process and would guide you appropriately. She is honest and will tell you if what you are looking for as a property buyer is impossible. She helped find properties that met our budget.
She is patient and always available to show homes. She is very responsive to calls and emails.
She has the ability to motivate you into taking action and tries to understand your needs.
When selling she advised on how to price the property and determined how the property will be marketed and this helped attract quicker offers.
She builds relationships with her customers and stays in touch after the transaction is completed.
I recommend Afi highly to anyone who may want to buy or sell a home.

No matter if you're looking to rent or purchase a house, Afi Doh will help you find the house of your dreams while staying in your budget!
She's very professional, attentive, determined and knowledgeable!! She was able to find us a BEAUTIFUL 3 level house with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a big backyard in Silver Spring, MD that was in my budget.
