If you are considering selling a home in the metro San Diego area, I would highly recommend calling Afton Miller first! I initially chose her because she has been selling homes and living here for many years, so she is really an expert when it comes to knowing our local neighborhoods. I had seen her many signs on the homes in and around my neighborhood, and had been to her open houses and I knew they didn't stay on the market long. She is honest, knowledgable, experienced, down to earth & is a pleasure to work with.

I lived in the Morley Field area of North Park from 2008-2014. During that time, I often saw homes for sale by Afton. When it came time to sell my home, I interviewed several popular agents in the neighborhood and found that Afton wanted to list at the highest (but reasonable) price. She knows the market, and the Morley Field area of North Park, very well and wants her client to get the best possible price for your home. During the sale process, Afton was available for questions and provided good advice -- advice which turned out to be the right way to go when negotiating the price of the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor, and especially for those people in North Park and the Morley Field area.

It is my pleasure to write a reference letter for Afton Miller and her Staff. Last Thursday, March 13th, we closed on the sale of my mother’s house. My situation was complicated by the fact that I am responsible for my mother’s affairs and I live 3,000 miles away. Afton and Pam Curtis were extremely helpful in guiding me through the entire process. Afton developed a strategy which made the house attractive for sale with relatively minor cosmetic repairs.
