My name is Eddie Zapien; I am a first generation immigrant from Michoacan, Mexico. I was smuggled into California at the ripe old age of 6 months old and have called Salem, Oregon my home since 1987, On Oct. 23rd, 2008 I swore the oath to become an American citizen. In 2008, as a single dad with a 3 year old trying to “make it” I met my wife Ashley. In 2010 Ashley and I welcomed our son Lincoln followed by Penelope in 2012.
In 2014, I was pretty fed up with the “9-5” life and decided it was time for a change, that’s when I began working towards my real estate license . February 20th, 2015 is the day I quit my “real” job and began my full time real career at HomeSmart Realty Group, I haven’t looked back since.
