estate. It was a no-brainer when these two began to collaborate together ultimately
coming to team up in January 2023. They show up like a “swat team” each with their

Agil Nadirov is a savvy and well-respected multi-business owner and Real Estate
Advisor with Engel & Völkers. He started his real estate career initially as an investor
himself acquiring long-term rental properties and buying and rehabbing homes which
led to the opening of Invest & Remodel LLC a successful construction company based
in RI. This experience journeyed him to ultimately become an advisor with Engel &
Volkers where he hit the ground running with the sale of commercial restaurants and
working with commercial investors. His experience comes from being in the shoes of a
business owner, a landlord, and a great negotiator.
Tatiana Pimentel is an investor, trusted advisor, and investment specialist helping
investors, new and seasoned, build their net worth through real estate. She is an
educator at heart and has a unique relationship with all her clients. A mentor to many as
they start their journey in real estate investing. She found her niche in 2017 when
guiding a few of her clients through the purchase of a multi-family property with the
purpose of creating passive income. This introduction to real estate through a different
lens allowed her to see how passive income allows people to pursue careers and life
experiences they are passionate about, and this is her favorite part of what she does. In
addition to her work in real estate, Tatiana co-founded the RI-based Women Investors
Mastermind group. A group dedicated to connecting and empowering women,
entrepreneurs, investors, and like-minded individuals.
Agil and Tatiana take pride in developing trust-based relationships with their clients as
well as other successful agents and professionals in the market. They believe that
