Agnes deserves 10 stars not 5 in each category.
She is extremely reliable and friendly. Her expertise of real estate market in general and of all intricacies of the sale process is impressive. She immediately gets very good feel for what her client is looking for and when working with you makes you feel as though you are her only client. Plenty of knowledge on related topics plus precious advice and lots of help for out-of-stater with no knowledge of unique to Florida aspects of life.
Nobody who knows me believes that I bought an absolutely perfect for my needs and liking house in extremely volatile real estate market 4 ( f o u r !) hours after landing at Daytona airport. I would have never been able to accomplish something like that if not for Agnes .She generated confidence in me by providing reasonable explanations and solutions to my concerns and questions. At the same time no pressure at all. What a wonderful experience - no stress, no worry. I wholeheartedly recommend Agnes Bairstow if you looking to buy property and be delighted in the course of doing so. Thank you so much Agnes!!!!
