Agnieszka was great during the process of finding my family's first home. She obviously knows what she is doing! She would be honest with us when she thought a home wasn't right for us (in retrospect, she was right every time). She got to know us first, then our price range, then together we found homes my wife and I absolutely loved. She maintains contact with us still a few months after closing, just to make sure were settling in nicely! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

I'm so happy I got to work with Agnes. The previous two agents i dealt with were lazy and not proactive at all during a market where time was of the essence (different realtor group). Agnes did her due diligence with market analysis and research for the area and gathered any details I have missed as I had already had a home selected. I was in a position where I had to make a decision but wanted to check out another home and she got me access that same day even though there was a open house coming up that same weekend. I didn't have time to waste and Agnes understood my needs. I needed immediate results and she got them every time i made a request. From start to finish , she made me feel like her most important client. She gave me great sound advice as a first time home buyer and gave me plenty of scenarios in her experience for what to expect. She consistently kept me updated and made sure every step of the buying process was covered. No calls or texts were ever missed and quickly responded to. I listed my home with Agnieszka Kakareko at Baird & Warner in early March, and it was sold and closed in late May! Selling my home felt overwhelming, but Agnieszka was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and made the process easier. She offered great suggestions on how to prepare my home for the market. She held frequent open houses to maximize exposure. Her knowledge allowed her to price my home in a range that was suitable for the market and allowed for the quick sale I desired, while still getting me a fair price. She always promptly answered or returned my calls. She stayed with me through the whole process, even facilitating calls between attorneys and inspectors when needed. All in all, a great experience. Agnes is amazing!!! We had been looking for a house for over 6 months with another realtor and didn’t find anything we liked. Within 4 days of working with Agnes we found a house! She is very hardworking. She put our offer in at 9pm and because of that we got the house. If she would of waited till the morning we would of got our bid. Last winter during the pandemic my husband became handicapped and was not able to function in our home due to the stairs. We contacted Agnes and asked her to help us find a single level condo in the same area. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find a suitable place. She then guided us through the whole purchasing process, and finally recommended a skilled contractor who did the desired rehabbing and decorating.
