Speaking as a first time homebuyer, I cannot overstate how great this team of people are. Our main contact, Zac, made time for us any time we needed him. He made it possible to view houses during a normal working day, but also evenings and weekends if we couldn't get time away from work. He empowered us every step of the way to ensure we made a decision we were happy with and proud of, while still offering guidance that comes with his years of experience from both a buyer's and seller's perspective. Through the whole process, I felt as if he was advocating for both me and my wife as people. Rather than seeing us as a contract/commission opportunity, he advocated for us during the search, negotiations, and closing.
During our search, we also had the chance to work with Karim--yet another authentic and transparent ally from this team. I will always remember seeing a house with him that was downright weird (to say the least) and being able to laugh about it and make it a fun adventure will always be a memory when I talk about my journey to own a home.
I would gladly vouch for this group time and time again. Buying, selling, renovations, or anything else to make something into a home, these guys got you covered.

I am a real estate investor and have been able to build a portfolio of real estate. I was able to partner with Zac and he was a great resource. I was able to secure a new rental property within a couple of weeks of searching. Zac was really attentive and would keep me posted daily of any new deals. Zac is very knowledgeable in real estate. We had the pleasure of working with Zac when moving from Seattle to Minneapolis. Not only was the pandemic starting in full swing (March 2020), Zac had the added challenge of a sellers market with two buyers out of state with little knowledge of the MPLS market.

We were looking to relocate from St paul, to South Minneapolis. We had a few neighborhoods in mind, including powderhorn, Seward, and Uptown neighborhoods. Premiere realty arranged multiple showings, grouping them together for us to minimize travel time. They also provided options in other twin Cities neighborhoods, for homes that matched our criteria. They walked us through every step of the process, negotiating with the sellers, writing proposals and contracts and kept us informed along the way. They were professional, responsive and relatable. We recently contacted them to help us locate land for a new construction development project. They have a full service, in-house general contractors department, that was able to help us with estimates for the new construction project and a remodel in our existing home. All around good folks. If you're looking for a local realtor, they get my highest recommendation
