Highly recommended; As a first-time homebuyer, we were worried about choosing a real estate agent. Luckily, we found Ahmed Makkiyah through Facebook. He is not pushy as many other agents. We didn’t feel pressure from him at any moment throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions professionally and considered all our criteria (school rating,location, price point, etc.). He has a great knowledge of the competitive market, however, he is still so supportive and considers our viewpoint of not going with all nonsense overprice offers during Pandemic. We are glad that he considered our request to draft an offer 50k below asking price and win the offer. More than Happy to deal with him

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ahmad Steve Makkiyah! He was always on our side working to make our house sells as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with him was that he was always focused on answering our questions, giving us the best advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. From start to finish he was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. We had the pleasure for working with Steve and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase new home.

What an amazing, friendly, and helpful people.
I was there couples days ago, I had the best experience ever. It is not just about buying a new house, but it’s kind of a lesson, they’re really want to help you as much as they can, giving you all their experience in this field with no hiding anything from you.

The best of the best is Mr. Makkiyah.
Having Ahmed as our realtor was a very positive experience. Ahmed is very knowledgeable and hard-working, super dedicated to his clients!! He will get you what you want not what is available, he will search for it until you satisfied, also I found a good point in Ahmed which I never found in any past experience (His attention to detail is amazing!), I'm a person of details, and Ahmed was able to answer all of my detail-oriented questions. Not only were my questions answered but also smart suggestions were made. Wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him.

Phenomenal service in timely manner,

Mr. Ahmed ( Steve ) he made the process very easy for first time home buyers . He is so knowledgeable about the process and he gave us tips and suggestions about what kind house we are looking for. The process took a month or little more but you are happy of what we got and that what Ahmed and Yasir are known about , the team Yasir and Ahmed work around the clock to provide the best service and they won't leave you alone after the closing they are in touch with you and still try to give you best service and knowledge that you might don't know about. They been in this service for long time so I can't recommend them enough to everyone that looking to buy their first home . I can't wait to work again in the near future keep up the amazing work .
