Ahsan is an excellent realtor. He helped me buying my first home with great ease. He took the burden of searching the home within my criteria and budget. He knows how to make the offer to win the deal. From the beginning to the end, he explained everything very clearly. He was always available, even at night, to answer to answer any of my questions. He handled everything with great care and in favour of us.

Ahsan is good at training his clients about the market, mortgage, and other loan information. He helps clients in finding a suitable lender based on the type of loans his clients prefer to pursue. It was a great experience working with Ahsan on my first house. He was very enthusiastic and always helpful. Moreover, he was very responsive and easy to reach. He worked with us patiently for more than 6 months in finding the right house for us. He helped us in strategy making and negotiation. He also helped greatly in finding a good lender and confirmed a very good rate. Because of him, we were able to save good amount of money on the house. He helped us throughout in arranging the necessary papers and hence the whole closing process went very soundly. All in all, we are very satisfied with Ahsan and his work.
