About Aida

Aida Dimejian, the brokerage manager of BHHS Golden properties leads a diverse team of hand-picked real estate professionals within BHHS Golden properties, and oversees the management of three businesses altogether: Real Estate, Mortgage and Escrow.

Aida is a former Huntington Hospital Registered Nurse who found her niche and her passion in the field of Real Estate, joining her husband Hovig who founded the brokerage in 1987. She brought this attention to detail and care into real estate.

A native of Beirut, Lebanon, Aida immigrated to the U.S. in 1976 and settled in Pasadena with her family. Aida was the president of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors in 2002 and currently serves the organization with various committees and task forces. Aida has been a director for the California Association of Realtors for 9 years and has held various leadership posts including trustee for the organizations PAC. Aida has been active in the Armenian community. She chaired the Armenian National committee of America, Pasadena chapter, for many years and was chair of the organization’s Western region in 2010 and served on the board of the Armenian Cultural Foundation’s Western region. Her other volunteer affiliations include, the Pasadena Police Foundation board, Housing affordability Task Force, Human Services Commission and Pasadena Armenian People’s Advisory Committee, and a board member for the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.

When she’s not managing realtors, staff, and three businesses, Aida thrives on adventure and the outdoors. She’s proud to say she’s been sky diving and will go again at the drop of a hat. She’s an advocate for healthy choices and a fitness enthusiast, you can catch her up front and center at Pasadena’s Soul Cycle studio several times a week. Aida is a proud mother of a son and a daughter, she is multilingual.
