In a normal market under perfect conditions, any realtor can assist with the selling and buying of a home. When the sale is tricky and the buying process is incredibly competitive, you’ll want someone like Aidan Jones. Aidan’s depth of knowledge from the real estate process to the home itself are unparalleled (seriously, Aidan could probably start a side business as a home inspector). Aidan is truly invested in finding exactly what you’re looking for in a home, he’ll never rush you to make a decision, and has a keen eye for any red flags. His responsiveness at all times was awesome – I don’t think there was a time of day when I didn’t get a quick reply to any question or concern. I know we weren’t, but he made us feel like we were his only clients. I highly recommend working with Aidan if you can; I certainly wouldn’t want anyone else.

I sold my house in Baltimore city this summer with Aidan Jones. He was nothing short of exceptional and fantastic throughout the entire experience. I was selling the house living out of state, and to say that he was a tremendous help throughout that process would be an understatement.

He went above and beyond to help with certain things that I’m sure he typically doesn’t have to do with a seller that is living in state - from navigating the situation with the current tenants, coordinating odd jobs with contractors, as well as helping with small miscellaneous things that I simply couldn’t do living out of state at the time.

Given the dynamic of the situation, the experience could have been significantly more stressful and inconvenient, but as a result of his help this was not the case.

If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home in Maryland, I highly recommend using Aidan Jones - he genuinely is as good as it gets.

Aidan was fantastic to work with. He was the utmost professional in every single way. With Aidan's expertise and guidance, my house was "under contract" on three separate occassions all within a 45-day timespan.

I signed with Aidan at the end of January 2020. My house went on the Market in the middle of March and ultimately sold at the end of May. My house was under contract within the first 3 days of being on the market. However, that buyer ultimately backed out due to wanting a brand new house. Aidan quickly reassured me that all would be fine. The Covid-19 pandemic was worsening and I was beginning to worry that my house would not sell. Aidan quickly got my house back on the market and again my house was under contract within 3 days. All was good with this buyer until the pandemic caused businesses to shutdown. This buyer ultimately had to back out because he had lost his job and could no longer come through with finances. Aidan again reassured me that everything would be fine. At this point, I had already found a new residence and my current residence was back on the market. Aidan quickly found a 3rd buyer in less than a week! The third time was the charm and I recently settled on my old residence at the end of May.

Choosing Aidan as my Real Estate Agent was one of the best decisions of my life. I honestly don't think that I would have sold my house during these trying times nor been able to purchase a new primary residence for my family. Aidan made all of this happen. I put all of my trust into Aidan and he delivered.

Working with Aiden and his team during our home shopping process was amazing! He was so patient and understanding. He always looked out for our best interests and really knew what we wanted. I even felt bad at some point because my wife was super picky, the more we saw the more she wanted.. but I will never forget what he said - “it’s my job so don’t feel bad” It means so much working with someone who genuinely cares and is willing to put in the time and effort to make his clients happy. Aidan came highly recommended when I purchased my home in February. I gave him a list of crazy demands for a house in the city (2 car garage, 3bed/3.5bath, renovated, specific price point, etc.). I never thought he’d be able to find a house with ALL these items, but he did!! He even found one under budget. Working with Aidan made me comfortable with the home buying process. I bought a house with Aidan as my realtor back in 2017. Aidan was very patient with us. My wife can be picky, so we saw a bunch of houses. Aidan took the time to show us any house we wanted to see. He was easy to work with and he worked around our schedule. Very attentive, and an all around good realtor to work with. Every so often we get correspondence through mail with calendars and tips and reminders for our home. We were even invited to a customer appreciation bowling event. Aidan and his team continue to check in and be there for us even after the sale which was completed 2 years ago. Aidan and this team are really good people to work with.
