I rarely write reviews, but Ms. Aileen Chan’s warmth and professionalism far exceeded all our expectations. She is an exceptional realtor and she helped us purchase and sell our house in MN, and she guided us through the process and helped through the stressful parts.
Aileen is knowledgeable, ethical, responsive, and an excellent communicator. She listens carefully to your needs and requirements, makes thoughtful plans 4 months before putting our house on the market, and works tirelessly on our behalf. We’ve never encountered a detail about real estate that she couldn’t address and clarify.
Aileen is a very detail-oriented person and a very experienced realtor. One example is that she came in one day before the closing and identified many minor but important things that I missed. She also calmly and efficiently resolved one unexpected last-minute crisis before the closing day.
Aileen is also a very nice and thoughtful person. We highly recommend Aileen to anyone looking for a realtor.

Aileen is so professional, knowledgeable and patient. She helped me to buy a property a few years ago and recently she helped me to sell a property. I had both great experiences working with her. It was my first time buying and selling a property so I had a lot of questions and not familiar with the whole process or documentations. Every time I asked her any question she always responded quickly with clear explanations. Aileen is like a lighthouse. You can trust her, like a lighthouse, she will guide you to safety when you're lost, afraid, and in the mist of this pandemic trying to sell your house. Aileen did an awesome job on representing as our agent to sell our house. The timeframe was sensitive due to current Covid-19 situation, we worried about the market may be bad for sellers. Aileen gave very helpful suggestions to upgrade our house within the budget, also her recommended selling price was reasonable too we attacted about two dozens of shows after the house was on the market. Aileen is the best realtor you can find. She’s very experienced, never pushes, always gives her honest opinions. When we were searching for our very first home she drove us to 30+ showings before we finally knew what we wanted.
