Aimee is the absolute best. This is my second time working with Aimme to rent my apartment. She is efficient, extremely hard working and does not take no for an answer. I won’t bury the lede: work with Aimee. Don’t be taken in by the large realtors - I started with one and fired them six months later. Aimee was loyal, worked her butt off, is driven, dogged and committed. She went above and beyond her job description, helping me in ways that I can’t imagine another realtor doing (cleaning the apartment, depositing a check, purchasing a quilt) because I live out of the country. This UES Park Avenue fixer upper was not a hot commodity in an era of high interest rates and general economic unease. Aimee ignored conventional wisdom and made it happen. Thank you Aimee!

Aimee is a true find!
After my sister past away, I need someone to help me tackle the immense task of clearing her apartment, getting it ready for sale and marketing it.
I live out of state and I needed more than just a realtor….I needed an advocate….Aimee was all of these things!

I've worked with Aimee on both the selling of my first co-op and the purchasing of my second co-op. Aimee is friendly, kind, honest, and above all hard working. She knows all the ins and outs of almost every building in Manhattan, which are good buys, which are struggling financially, which managing companies are helpful, and which are difficult.
When she was selling my apartment she knew everything about not only the unit, but the building as well. She was well prepared for any questions a potential buyer may have.
When it was time to purchase, she fully researched every listing prior to taking me to see it as to not waste time on units that were not what I was looking for. After visiting each unit, Aimee gave her honest opinion on the unit and the price point. She found me the perfect home and made the purchasing application a breeze. She takes the headache out of apartment hunting. She's the only agent I'll ever use as I know I can trust her and she'll fight to get me the best price.

It is easy to find someone to help you sell your apartment. There are a lot of brokers you can choose from However you need someone who can do a lot more than that.

You need someone who listens to you, puts your interests first, is ethical, trustworthy and is caring and compassionate.

Finding that person isn’t easy. However, when it is Aimee Fink you know immediately she is the right person.

Aimee checked off all the things we wanted and needed. What comes through right away is the way she treats you – with respect and not just as a way for her to make a commission.

Of course, this is the way it should be. But it often isn’t the case with other brokers. Many brokers leave you with the sense you are just a dollar sign. They try to dazzle you but then turn you over to a junior member of “their team.” The next time you see them is at the closing when it is time for them to get paid.

Once we started working with Aimee we knew we had made the right decision. Aimee helped us position our apartment in exactly the right way to maximize the sale price.

Aimee was always available throughout the entire process. She provided invaluable feedback and worked hand in hand with us to be sure the all the board paperwork was put together in exactly the way the board required - not an easy task.

It was nice to know we could always count on Aimee for whatever we needed to get this deal done and to be sure our interests were protected. When some bumps came up along the way, Aimee made sure everything stayed on track.

Having Aimee on your side means you have someone who will do what must be done to get the deal done. And throughout the process she is friendly, available and easy to talk to about anything.
