They would buy a distressed home for bottom dollar and fix it up over time, market it and make sometimes double what they paid for it! Aimee has a lifetime of knowledge that is invaluable, as a real estate agent, to her clients, investors, and community. Aimee has a degree from Purdue University is an Organizational Leadership and Supervision as well as a degree in Human Resource Management. Her education gives her an edge above the other realtors. During her college studies she honed her skills in negotiation, client confidentiality, conflict resolution, and technology.
