Aimee Oelrich

Aimee grew up in Alachua County and has an extensive knowledge on all parts of the community that she enjoys sharing with her clients. She moved away for a short time but returned in 1999 to raise her family in the same area she grew up loving.

She and her husband Ivan have been married for 20 years, and have three children. She enjoys getting them to their events and cheering them on, and
volunteering in their schools. Upon her return to Gainesville in 1999 she began her real estate career and was named “Rookie of the Year” the same year. She has been in the Presidents Circle for the last decade and continues to enjoy making her clients dreams come true.
