She is very amazing to work with! She is nice and will definitely find you the home you’re looking for!!! I just love how she made the process seem easy and not long .thank you again! I was in a mental facility looking to buy a house for when I got back home. Not only did she find me the perfect house but I never even saw it before buying it. I ran into no issues and it really has been the perfect home. She not only helped me but a house but she became a friend, she checked on me and any problems that came up she went above and beyond. Even after the sale she stayed in contact and kept checking on me. She just really is a beautiful person in and out. My illness got worse and I had to sell the house, and she helped me again! She brought me the offers but each time she was very upfront when it was a bad offer and would advise me to wait. Thanks ti her advice I don’t owe money at closing, and she was able to sell the house in less than 2 months. Not only that but she handled the maintenance for me so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of dealing with it. You will not go wrong if you pick her as your realtor. I only met her a couple months ago but she has treated me even better then parts of my family!

Aimee helped me find the perfect house. We looked at maybe 6 or 7 houses in one day and she didn’t flinch. Aimee explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner which really helped considering this was my first home purchase. She was a great mediator between myself and the seller and even the loan company. Aimee didn’t hide anything from me and have me solid advice when I needed it. I could not have done this as smoothly let alone at all without her invaluable help.

My wife and I bought a home with Aimee as our Realtor and we are so glad we did! We had to buy the home remotely because we were completing a PCS move which can make things a little more complicated. She made sure that we were comfortable and confident throughout the whole house hunting process. She facilitated FaceTime calls to show us homes and was very detailed and thorough providing us as much information as possible about each home we looked at. She went out of her way to show us homes on early Saturday and Sunday mornings. Choosing a home without actually being there, seeing the area and the home itself can be a little scary but Aimee was very transparent and trustworthy throughout the whole showing process. She helped us make the right decision and had us under contract right away after advising us on the right way to approach the offer.

Throughout the closing process she was extremely helpful. She answered phone calls and texts after ours (late at night and on the weekends) and she always had documents and correspondence promptly sent to us and whoever else needed it. This is my second home and I have worked with multiple Realtors in multiple states and Aimee was by far the best! I would recommend Aimee to my closest friends and family, if we buy or sell another home in the area Aimee will be the first that we call! One hundred percent recommend Aimee!
