My initial encounter with Aisha was at an open house that my kids and I just randomly went to one Sunday afternoon. I had attended and met realtors at open houses throughout the city for over a year, this time wasn't any different and I didn't expect anything more than a look around and leave until the next open house. Before leaving we conversed a little about houses and the home buying process, but Aisha and my daughter talked a lot more about college. She gave me a her card, we went on our way. I never felt any pressure to reach out but was welcomed to call if I had an questions. A while later, I decided to step out and see what would happen. I contacted Aisha, an appointment was scheduled and it went from there. She was VERY patient and thorough throughout the entire process and I think she began to read my facial expressions quickly. LOL!!! Working with Aisha made it a seamless, low stress process from securing financing approvals, house hunting and viewing, to the actual closing. When I worried or wanted to backout she reassured me everything would work out fine. And it did!

Aisha is a wonderful realtor!!! We love her!! We happened to meet Aisha at an Open House. At the time, we did not have a realtor. She began to assist us, even before we signed paperwork to make it official. Fast forward, she was always one step ahead of us. She always had houses ready for us to view, and always came with all the information needed. She is very down to earth but professional at the same time. Through the entire process, she stayed close and very open with us. When we closed on our home, I felt like I was losing a friend because I was so accustomed to talking to her every single day. She is amazing, and the entire city needs to know who she is! The Best Realtor Ever! Contact her and see for yourself!

I was referred to Aisha when I started my home search in 2022. Aisha saw that I was nervous about the process and she allowed me to take my time in finding a home. She was patient with me, she encouraged me. She was simply AMAZING. I am so glad she was who walked with me through this process. My suggestion to anyone who may be in the market for a home choose Aisha Eager to be your realtor. You will not regret it.
