⭐Aisha is the absolute BEST!!⭐ Our previous realtor, who helped us buy our home and had since relocated to another state, referred us to Aisha to help us sell our home. Aisha is an exceptional realtor. I sold my home in 1 day above the list price and closed in 30 days!! While the market conditions were certainly favorable, I think that the easiness of the process (which certainly reduced my anxiety) and ultimately the final price were a result of Aisha’s efforts. In addition to having an engaging personality, she is a consummate professional who took the time to walk me through each step of the process. She understood the local housing market. She made recommendations to help me improve curb appeal and told me what changes I needed to make to best showcase my home, both of which reflected her attention to detail and understanding of buyers preferences. In selling our undeveloped property, Aisha accomplished for us what seemed impossible. After deciding not to build on a piece of land we purchased, my husband and I felt stuck: at least three realtors turned us away and the land sat while we contributed to pay on it. After I met Aisha socially and began following her social media, I couldn’t stop thinking that her enthusiasm and genuine excitement for real estate might be exactly what our project needed. We did some renovations on a property that took a few months to complete . We contacted Aisha very early in the rehab process. Aisha checked with us monthly as well as making several good recommendations for items we had not addressed. When it was time for the listing she set up props prior to the photographer as well as being there to make sure the pictures would show well. She also set up an Instagram video which was extremely good. In the end we received 3 full price contracts the second day the house was on the market. Aisha Perez was my realtor for an investment property that my husband and I purchased a little while back. I was a bit nervous at first but she set my mind at ease!
