She also practices Ashtanga yoga, Yogi-based movement, and integrative wellness frameworks focusing on anti-aging, nutrition, natural medicine, and emotional regulation. AJ’s education extends into highly technical fields as well. She completed instrument flight training through San Diego Miramar College and San Diego City College, gaining significant experience in navigating Southern California airspace and evaluating properties from an aviation perspective. Her training in auto mechanics and engineering enhances her practical, problem-solving mindset and her ability to analyze properties and systems thoroughly.

As a mother of two neurodivergent, autistic children, AJ brings a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, adaptability, advocacy, and patience to her work.
