Born in Lima, Peru, and migrated, as a teenager, to the USA in the mid 1980s. Raised 3 wonderful daughters in Colorado and later relocated full time to Sarasota, Florida in 2019. Spanish was my first language thus, I Speak it and write it fluently.
I pride myself on being an experienced negotiating Broker with over 20 years in the residential market. I acquired my first investment property back in 1996 and joined the ranks of Real Estate agent in the year 2000. Thus allowing me to help hundreds of families achieve the dream of home ownership and aiding several others in the path of owning additional properties for investment or vacation. My desire to excel in my field has earned me numerous Real Estate Certifications; CRS, GRI, RSPS and PSA. Symbols of commitment to my clients and the public. Additionally, in 2020 I received the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement (C2EX) from the National Association of REALTORS® which showcases my highest levels of professionalism.
My biggest passion in life is helping children and those in need. I founded Project Recycle in November 2010. During my tenure as Executive Director, we donated over 10,000 bicycles to children locally and internationally. Alumnus of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Program, and have served in the Inner-City Health Center Board of Directors, the Denver Preschool Program Board of Advisors (by appointment from the Denver Mayor) and the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Denver. I have been awarded the Channel 7 Everyday Hero Award for my work in the community (ABC-affiliate TV Station) , and the Bike Denver Hero Award for my passion and commitment to the biking community. Additionally, I was featured in Telemundo Denver "Unknown Heroes" who honor immigrants that have made a positive impact in our community. Additional awards include Knight of Columbus "knight of the year", "Family of the year" and Boy Scouts Bronze Pelican Award for exceptional work with the youth.
Additionally I invest my time coaching soccer since 2008. As a National D licensed soccer Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry, I bring a high level of technical knowledge, playing experience, and an eye for coaching the game of soccer.
Some of my additional interests include camping, Hiking, Traveling and the winters skiing.
