My family and I have had the opportunity of knowing Aja for several years now. When my parents decided they were ready to relocate and look at different options I knew immediately who they needed to talk to. Once my parents had the opportunity of connecting with Aja it was a perfect match just like we had known each other for much more then just several years. Aja took a lot of time to research houses with my parents to see what options made the most sense and after spending several weeks looking the one feature that was very important to my mom very few houses had. So the idea to build came up and then we went with that. To get exactly what my parents wants for the cost of what the current market was just made sense. After finding a builder and then having to fire them because they didn't keep their word Aja didn't miss a beat and found us someone else that would do what mom and dad were looking for.

The process took two years and really didn't think this would happen but my parents weren't in a rush so time wasn't important just doing a good job was since this is where they will be retiring and enjoy the time being able to have family and friends over at their leisure. Through the whole process Aja was patient and always available when we had a question. Now that mom and dads house is done there are still things that need to be touched up from the build and Aja has stayed on top of that to get things completed. Overall 5 stars if there were more I would give them to her. Highly recommend Aja to any one looking and my friends and family that might move to the area. When its my turn for my next house I already know who will be the first to know. Thank you so very much Aja, we appreciate you!

There was nothing typical or easy about our real estate transaction! Truly, the dream of this unique property felt mostly unrealistic & impossible. -It was our retirement dream! We were met with one road block after another. If not for our super human real estate agent from Coldwell Banker Plaza, AJA DRAKE, we have no doubt this transaction would never have come to fruition! She fought for us every step of the way. We were clueless out of town buyers & found Aja through a random cold call & a miracle! As we got to know her we were amazed at her KNOWLEDGE, INTEGRITY & HEART. Never once was she anything less than positive & encouraging. We now have the home of our dreams & look forward to sitting in our rocking chairs in these golden years, as we never forget how blessed we truly were to find Aja. Not only that, we have found in her a friend for life!

Aja Drake clearly deserves all 5 stars. In my situation I needed to sell a condo and I had already moved out of state. She had assured me this would be no problem. It wasn't. She not only helped with getting a few things repaired to the condo, but made certain I understood all the texts in the form of legal paperwork and that I had everything signed in order for the sale to go very smooth. Aja is an agent who cares about her client. She makes sure you understand everything and is a pleasure to work with.

Aja truly made this a great experience. We were selling due to being empty nesters and home bring to large. Begrudgingly placing the home we built and had truly loved for almost 9 years on the market. It was time to let go and move on to the next part of our lives. Aja was there every step of the way with encouraging words. She would even call just to check on how we were doing emotionally. We couldn’t have asked for more from a realtor than we got in Aja!!

Aja is amazing!!! She went above and beyond what any normal or even exceptional real estate agent would have. We moved here from out of state and she helped us find the perfect home without us ever physically being present. For that to happen as seamless as it did says a lot about her attention to detail and her expertise in real estate. She face-timed with us for each of the homes we were interested in and when we found the one we wanted she was there again with facetime so we could see and talk with the inspector and know what condition our home was in. She was there to sign for our shipping container when it showed up at our house and we were driving across the country, and when we finally made it to our home she had gone the extra mile to put air fresheners throughout our home and hand soap in all our bathrooms!! I have many many more examples of her saving the day for us throughout this process and while I don't know if air fresheners and hand soap are standard for all her clients, I do know that you will be taken care of from start to finish in a way that exceeds what any other agent will do. Thank you Aja for everything you did for me and my family in helping us get settled in our new home!

We were moving to the Wichita area from several hours away making the home buying process just a little more challenging. Aja took that challenge and exceeded our expectations. We were within budget, met our preferred timeline and had access to her brain for questions anytime we needed it. We closed on our new home a month ago and I still hear from her regularly asking us how the moving process is coming along and she has connected us with several people in our new area for networking.
