Aja was so helpful in helping to find the perfect home for us. We were coming from out of state so her knowledge of the market at that time and the area was key in our decision on where we landed. She was also graceful and professional, having to deal with my must haves versus my husband's, finding properties that had a mix of what we both were looking for. She went to bat for us on numerous offers, explaining our offer as it compared to market value and any improvements that were needed to justify the price. Overall we had a very pleasant, smooth and easy experience and I would highly recommend Aja to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. As it turns out, we ended up neighbors which was an added bonus!

Aja was originally recommended to us by a family friend to help sell our house in Arlington, Texas. Our previous experience with realtors in the DFW area was not great and we were a bit nervous.

However, Aja was AMAZING. From the moment she first called to start the process to the day we closed, she never made us feel like we couldn't contact her about updates, questions, or anything else that popped up.

We first made contact on a Monday. She had people at the house by Thursday to take pictures, and by Friday the house was posted for sale. We even had an open house scheduled for Sunday. She was timely, professional, and very thorough.

Aja was available through text, email, and phone calls. We had an ongoing group text with my husband so that we were both always included in updates, questions, and communications.

Once we had an offer in on the house, Aja stayed up late to review it, send it to us, and talk us through it. She kept our best interests in mind and never made us feel like we weren't in good hands.

We moved to Colorado before closing. Aja went above and beyond to be there for us to let contractors inside the house and care for the house while we were in a different state.

I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience with Aja and I would 10/10 recommend her to friends, family members, and strangers.

Aja is a pleasure to work with. Great personality, she's professional but very easy to talk with. She is diligent with answering all questions in searching for a home. She's prompt and availability to meet your needs. Gathering information to touring homes that meet your requirements. Works with your schedule. She's attentive to your needs and desires...There is no slacking at any time with Aja. She's always excited to work with you. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying or selling real estate. She never demonstrates any negativity but a wonderful attitude regardless of your request. I'd recommend Aja to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
