Akshat has owned and operated hotels throughout the Southeast across the Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham brands. Through his decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Akshat has developed relationships with the key executives at each of the brands, creating a favorable position for Shri Hotels to develop and operate new assets. Akshat is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina since 2006.
