Al Blevins

It is a pleasure to have Al Blevins, the 2019 and 2013 President of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR), as part of the Caswell Prewitt Realty Team. In addition to his service with LBAR, “Al” has actively been serving with the Kentucky Association of Realtors (KAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Al is the Broker Manager of Caswell Prewitt Realty, and has been a licensed real estate professional since 1990. Prior to joining Caswell Prewitt Realty full-time in 2002, Al was a banker for 21 year where he served in several leadership roles as an Executive Vice President and a member of the Bank Board of Directors. Al is a 1980 Graduate of Georgetown College where he was a basketball standout and is now a member of the Georgetown College Athletic Hall of Fame. After graduating from Georgetown College, Al earned a Graduate Banking Degree from Louisiana State University. Al is married to Granetta Bingham from Paducah, Kentucky and they reside in Mt.
