Al has more than 15 years of experience and throughout his career he has emphasized integrity, discipline, hard work, and a willingness to truly listen to his clients wants and needs.
He grew up in the diverse working-class community of Chelsea and has witnessed with pride the gentrification of a neighborhood that was once an afterthought.
With exceptional customer service, Al has built his business on referrals and repeat clientele. His philosophy is simple: make the client feel as if they are his client, whether that means answering a late-night text or making his clients dinner reservations at some of his favorite restaurants. Al’s ability to listen to his client's needs and wants when buying or leasing a home is what sets him apart from other agents. Al has sold and leased properties from downtown Boston to North and South Shores in all price ranges, from first time home buyers to investment properties. His main goal is to achieve trust and build long term relationships with every client.
Al is also a partner with Boston Apartment Management and manages an investment portfolio of over 100 units. He enjoys building relationships with the owners and tenants, coordinating renovation and repairs, and offering a truly hands-off experience your average investor.
When Al is not in the office you can find him at home in Saugus committed to his fiancée Dawn and daughter Mia. He is an active member around the community volunteering on his off time coaching girls’ softball and holds a position as board member.
