Al Ramos is a licensed real estate professional in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, with a special focus on the East Valley Cities. Every transaction, he believes, is always about his client. He focuses on what his client’s goal is, and aims to be the best navigator who is there to guide, educate, and provide the best service possible.
His main intention is to understand his client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time. When orchestrating deals for his buyers and sellers, Al is assertive yet effective without being overly aggressive. While he is a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients, he is also a compassionate, friendly, and humorous partner who facilitates a process that can often be very stressful.
Al has lived in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area for 20 years and has firsthand experience witnessing the growth the Valley has had over that time. Al specializes in several areas of the Valley, particularly East Valley Real Estate including, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon, all of which he knows very well.
Prior to entering real estate, Al enjoyed an 18 year career in sales, marketing and professional speaking around the world for business and education. His experience also includes working as a mortgage professional, giving Al a keen understanding of finance as it relates to real estate which translates as an advantage for his clients. Al is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), as well as the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS® (SEVRAR).
Originally from New York City, Al has found his home now in the East Valley and in his free time enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, fishing, and sharing travel stories over a good meal with his family and friends.
