Alaina O'Toole

My roots trace back to Southern Idaho, but it was a transformative road trip through Oregon over a decade ago that captured my heart, leading me to settle in Beaverton. My educational journey took me through Portland Community College and Portland State University, where I earned my pre-nursing degree and pursued studies in business management. Despite initially venturing into the medical field, working at a psychiatric/substance rehabilitation hospital, I found my true calling elsewhere. Transitioning to real estate, I obtained my license and crossed paths with Gary Potts, seizing the opportunity to join The Potts Home Team with enthusiasm in 2020.

Since I have been working with Gary, I have been integral to navigating complex transactions, adeptly handling challenges on both the seller and buyer fronts leaving me very knowledgeable in the industry. Additionally, I serve as the office coordinator for our team, collaborating closely with Gary to ensure optimal outcomes in all endeavors. Whether it's marketing initiatives or negotiation tactics, my expertise shines through, making me a valuable asset to the team. Driven by results and a collaborative spirit, I possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a steadfast work ethic. My knack for innovation shines through in my ability to devise and implement effective strategies, proving to be very valuable in navigating the complexities of buying, selling, and negotiation processes.
