We were considering selling our home for a long time, but decided to wait until we were sure we're ready to move from the Bothell area. Alan and Tasha went over the top in supplying us with a home assessment including comp's and other useful information to give us an idea of what to expect. When we pulled the trigger they were there to give us input on what repairs were needed prior to sale (based on their suggested pre-inspection), and provided a staging company along with our own furnishings to properly show the home. Alan provided his own photography services as well, they even took care of our yard when we left for a pre-planned vacation, another added bonus! During the sale they provided their experience and technical knowledge which resulted in the sale and closing of our home in a timely fashion. We appreciated their insights and know when the time comes for anyone considering selling, that they will provide the best service and ensure you get the most possible out of your home.

Alan and Tasha Withers really are a dynamic duo! My Fiancé and I needed to find a new home rather quickly due to an unexpected job change that resulted in a very long daily commute. Alan was initially recommended to us by our Mortgage Loan Officer and we’re so thankful for the connection. For our previous home rather than utilize our own agent we used Redfin’s online portal to schedule viewings and eventually made an offer on a house with an agent that was assigned to us through the site – BUT what a difference there was this go around actually utilizing Alan and Tasha. We will never go back to just using online home buying sites/apps. Working with Alan and Tasha we knew that they were invested in us as a client and were fighting for our best interests and needs. Long before we signed a listing agreement you were researching possible glitches which might develop and guiding us through the process of getting them cleared up. You had a good answer for every question and made great tactical recommendations on the things we should do to prepare our property for market. Alan even stopped by to help us move out some junk before the open house. We were amazed at the number of visits you made to our property for any number of reasons. I had reached out to Alan for some guidance, not only with the pricing but to help my clients understand the importance of an open houses, and to also provide the pros and con's when appliances (fridge, washer/dryer/handmade drapes and chandeliers) did not convey with the Property. It was February and they knew how to stage our home that would offer the most appealing qualities for prospective large metro market buyers in late winter months.
