Alan Barry is an accomplished Associate Broker with
Sotheby's International Realty, based in Santa Fe, New
Mexico. Holding a dual role as the Executive Assistant and
Transaction Coordinator for Abigail Davidson & Associates,
a renowned team at Sotheby's consistently ranking among
the top producers in sales volume in the area. Alan's journey in the real estate industry began after a successful tenure in hotel management in Albuquerque, where he moved in 2016. In 2019, Alan redirected his career, joining Keller Williams Realty in Santa Fe as a Brokerage Office Administrator and Financial Officer. This
transition marked his relocation to the vibrant "City Different."
In 2021, Alan took on a pivotal role with Abigail Davidson at Sotheby's and concurrently obtained his New Mexico Real Estate License at the onset of 2023. His commitment to the real estate community extends beyond his daily responsibilities, beginning in 2024 he will be serving on the New Mexico Association of Realtors Finance Committee and Conference & Events Committee. These are both 3-year terms, and in 2024, Alan is honored to be Vice-Chair of the Conference & Events Committee. In addition to his professional pursuits, Alan is deeply committed to community service. Since 2021, he has volunteered his time and effort annually to fundraising for the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's. Furthermore, Alan has been accepted into the Class of 2024 Leadership Santa Fe program through the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce which began in September 2023 and is set to conclude in April 2024. Excited about this opportunity, he sees it as a pathway to become more involved in the community and to network with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Beyond the realm of real estate and community involvement, Alan finds joy in spending quality time with his family and friends. At home, his two dogs and two cats keep him on his toes. He has a passion for culinary adventures with friends and neighbors to create memorable meals. Living in the heart of New Mexico, Alan takes full advantage of the breathtaking outdoors, reveling in the natural beauty that this unique state has to offer.
